Opus 5 won rapturous applause for their sellout performance on Saturday 1st July in the Chapel. They featured a lovely range of popular opera and musicals including Nessum Dorma and O Mio Babbino Caro, with snippets from La Boheme, Les Miserables and Showboat.
Wendy Nugent provided an electrifying performance on a keyboard (piano style) of Etude de Concert which generated rapturous applause!
Gifted Japanese organist Aya Pitcher brought back memories of the Coronation back to life with a performance of Zadok the Priest on the pipe organ, and her playing of Adagio for Strings was greatly enjoyed.
